  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are provided once the product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you no longer need the product.

2. Exceptions – Technical Issues

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where:

If you receive a file that is:

  • Not as described

Please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will verify the issue and provide a corrected file or suitable solution.


4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently using your payment method, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately. You may also inform us so we can assist with the investigation.
